CALL TO ARTISTS: Colors of Freedom - An Artistic Tribute to Patriotism Exhibit Dates: May 9 - May 31
In honor of those who have served our nation, Memorial Day and Armed Forces day in May, we are looking for expressions of creativity and patriotism! We are seeking submissions for "Colors of Freedom," an art exhibition celebrating the beauty of freedom and national pride.
Through color, abstract interpretations, or symbolic imagery, we invite you to showcase how freedom and patriotism inspire your artistic journey. This is your chance to be part of a powerful exhibition that honors our shared values through the universal language of art.
🔹 Submission details:
Theme: Freedom, Patriotism, National Pride
Open to all mediums (painting, drawing, sculpture, digital art, photography and more) All styles from abstract to realism are welcome. All works must be original.
Email us a photo of your art at hivemarketob@gmail.com and must include “Colors of Freedom” in the subject line (emails that do not contain the subject line will not be considered).
Pay an entry fee of $35 for one piece of artwork per person. A portion of all entry fees will be donated to Blue Star Mothers
You must pay your entry fee along with your email in order to be considered for the exhibit.

Entering does not guarantee admission to the exhibit. The selection committee’s decision is final.
If artwork is for sale, a commission of 35% will be deducted from the retail value of the art by the Hive Market & Gallery, Inc.

Art Reception Opening: May 9 6-8pm:
Exhibition at Hive Market & Gallery: May 9 - May 31
Artwork pickup: June 1, 12pm-5pm: 6/2 4-7pm
The Gallery has very limited storage space. A storage fee of $5 per day will be accrued for pieces of art left beyond June 2, 2025 until the art is picked up.
The Hive reserves the right to select works based on space availability and appropriateness to the theme. Submitting artwork to the Hive’s Colors of Freedom Exhibit does not guarantee that it will be chosen
